Program Overview

Foundational Trainer Program

Duration: 3 to 6 Months

Objective: To train interns in the art of teaching chess to school-level beginners and intermediate players (up to 1200 Elo rating).

Who should apply?

Players with a strong grasp of chess fundamentals.
Those who are patient, communicative, and enjoy working with children and new learners.
Ideal for those starting their coaching journey.

Advanced Trainer Program

Duration: 6 Months to 1 Year

Objective: To develop elite trainers capable of coaching rated players for FIDE-rated tournaments, state championships, and national-level events.

Who should apply?

Chess players with a FIDE rating (any rating is acceptable to apply).
Those with a deep understanding of chess strategy, opening theory, endgames, and tournament preparation.
Aspiring coaches who aim to train competitive, advanced players.

Eligibility Criteria

Students currently pursuing graduation in any field.
Housewives seeking a flexible and rewarding part-time career.
Unemployed youth looking to skill themselves in a high-demand field.
A keen interest and understanding of the game of chess.
For the Advanced Program, a valid FIDE rating is required.

Program Benefits

Monthly Stipend

A supportive stipend ranging from ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 per month based on performance and progress.

Flexible Timing

Convenient evening schedule, 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) from 2:30 PM to 7:00 PM.

Certification

Receive a Certificate of Internship specifying your specialisation upon successful completion.

Outstanding interns will be offered regular coaching opportunities within our academy network across Delhi/NCR.
